Ingredients:

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100ml warm water
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 100g cabbage, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions

  • Frying pan

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  • In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 15 minutes.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms and cabbage. Cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle, place filling in the center, and fold to seal.
  • Steam the buns for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
