Ingredients:
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 100ml warm water
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 100g cabbage, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms and cabbage. Cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle, place filling in the center, and fold to seal.
- Steam the buns for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
