Quick Vegetarian Ramen Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Pot
- Stirring spoon
- Measuring cups
- Knife
- Cutting board
Instructions:
- In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the instant ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are tender.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms, baby spinach, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and the spinach is wilted.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
