                Quick Vegetarian Ramen Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup of sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot
  • Stirring spoon
  • Measuring cups
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  • Add the instant ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are tender.
  • Stir in the sliced mushrooms, baby spinach, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and the spinach is wilted.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
