Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender, combine the bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup.
